They're good on service, they've gotten a little more expensive cause they've built a new facility. I stick with them even though they are a little more pricey but I like how the doctors there, I don't see always the same one when I go there. 

They're always very friendly, they're always really good with the animals even though my dog's not a lover of the vet. They're just very caring about the animals.

They are good with the animals. The quality of the work is more important then the price. They are a little slow because they have lots of patients.

I like them because, she sits on the floor with the puppy. My puppy is all over her. She sits on the floor with her and does the exam. She has been doing that for the seven years that I have been going. A full exam, blood work is $50.

I love these people. When I walk in they all know my dog's name. They are nice people. I love my vet. They just like animals there. They call you if there are problems.

After using the same vet for a couple years, I switched to Rose Rich after a friend recommended them to treat my dog's skin condition. I was at the end of my rope trying to find out what was wrong with my dog. Her skin was inflamed, she was scratching like crazy and she stunk. I felt terrible for her but also felt like I had tried and done everything. It wasn't until I took her to Rose Rich that I felt like there was hope for my fur baby. The vet determined it was a food allergy and gave her some medicine to kick start the healing of her skin and prescribed some dog food that has been proven to help in these cases. We immediately saw a difference! My husband and I were thrilled and have been using them ever since. It is an hour from our house but it is absolutely worth it. The staff is attentive, very friendly and the facility is beautiful and clean.
