RKR Home Inspections

Great!...I had to get my home inspected quickly as our closing date was fast approaching. I called Raymond with short notice and he did his best to accommodate my schedule by coming out on a Saturday morning to inspect my new home. Although I was not present for the whole inspection, Raymond walked my wife and myself through house noting the major problems that needed to be addressed by our builder. We were impressed by his methodical inspection that was thorough yet still relevant. This also impressed the builder who said that many other inspectors fail to focus on these issues. Some do not even get on the roof to inspect it. Raymond did of course and caught several shingles with holes and some gutter problems. He was respectful of our home, taking off his shoes when necessary. He was very professional, polite and patiently explained what he would put in the report. The report was very informative with clear pictures and arrows marking where the major problems. All in all, this made our walkthrough with our builder much easier and I am glad I made the decision to call RKR Home inspections. I highly recommend him for your next inspection.
