Open line of communication, very thorough, offered several options. I sent him pictures of what I needed removed and then we booked. The day of the services James kept me updated on his time. Once he got to my residence I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. I had several large pieces of furniture, bedroom set and old school tv's. When I tell you he got everything out, broken down and removed in less than 30 minutes, on top of that, I live on the second floor. This man meant business and showed out.
