Quality is as expected and desired but the monthly billing lacks transparency. It’s easier for him but not conducive to know what you’ve really paid for. I also shared guidance from a horticulturalist and due to his wanting to maintain monthly $$ (I believe), ignored info. Also pushed to get new sprinkler system when mine is brand new. Disappointing not willing to do billing based on need like every other company.

Promo response. Always professional and kind. Have used before for minor sprinkler repairs. Had to have sprinkler control panel replaced because of lightening strike.

They are really great. I pay $25 for the mowing.

They are great. I pay $25 for the mowing. They gave me a price this year and the schedule which states that in the winter, they would only mow the lawn only once. I have a very big trampoline in the backyard and they have to move it to cut the grass underneath and they do that.

Extended the system by a few feet and then the length of the yard.  This caused his helper to dig a trench by hand and he has to chop out part of tree roots that were in the way.  Added 6-8 new heads.  Adding more electrical wiring.  After all of this he cleaned the patio, and raked and leveled out the flowerbed.  It looked very nice when he left.  We have had him here twice and would highly recommend him.

Excellent service and friendly people. Ricky is the owner and is always on the job site. He also does sprinkler systems.

The service was good. The workers were good and right on time.

The contractor missed the first appointment, but otherwise did a very good job. He removed the existing gravel which had become contaminated with mud and weeds, repaired the pipe as needed, installed a rail along the drain to help keep mud and weeks out, and put in new bull gravel. The drain has functioned well  since the work was done.

Scheduling was fine and the technician arrived when he was supposed to. However, he was in such a hurry to finish the job. It was the biggest waste of $40 that I ever spent. All he did was look at my sprinkler heads and then he left. I had some questions that I had wanted to ask him, but he was in such a hurry that he left before I could ask any of them. Under the circumstances, I felt that I was quite ripped off. The next year I called someone else for the job who is a professional.

Perfect as usual. We called Ricky left a message and he immediately returned our call. He came the next working day as promised and took care of the sprinkler. 
We highly recommend Rainscape as we've used them on quite a few occasions from planting trees to sprinklers to sodding our yard. They are extremely professional, timely and cost effective. And your job is always completed to perfection!

Prompt, professional and great value.  He made recommendations on some replacements, adjusted watering times.  Have used several times since original service and recommended to friends.

They were great, I give them A's and would use them again.

They repaired some broken sprinkler heads, repaired a leaky back flow preventer and checked for leaks and proper operation, The quality of work was excellent.
