Good project execution but poor post project service on guaranty work.

Pedro was very good at doing the front garden. He seemed to read my mind when it came to what I was looking for. I highly recommend him and his crew. They did such a wonderful job plus all of them are very friendly and work well together.

We hired Pete to install holly bushes in our yard after our trees died during the freeze. Given the cost and our concern over any future issues we ensured that there was a 1 year warranty in place. We were very happy with the job Pete did on the install - on time, trees looked great and they left no mess. However after a few months the leaves on the trees started go brown. Despite contacting Pete about what we should do several times - five out of the seven trees are now deadâ ¦ Speaking with our regular gardener - he believes they werenâ t planted deep enough to take hold. We have tried to follow up with Pete several times to get them replaced through our warranty. He has stopped taking calls / responding. He will answer if we call from another cell number but then not follow up. It seems from other reviews on here this is not the only instance. On speaking with the nursery that he sourced the trees from - they stated that they do not offer a warranty and it is on the company through business insurance to make the claim. Unfortunately I am left with no choice but to leave this review in the hope that others donâ t have the same experience.

They came by within hour of calling me, gave us a quote and were here here next day, and done in 2 hours. We love what they did! Would use them again!

he does not answer phone calls, he did not complete the job, the job is unsatisfactory. If a different person calls, he answers the phone.

Pedro was amazing to work with. He showed up on time and always answers his phone calls if I had any questions. His work exceeded my expectations and he has a good team working for him. I would recommend him and would hire him for future projects.

Phenomenal job on extending my patio. Quick and efficient work.

Pete and his team are phenomenally talented. We are elated with our new front yard and have received so many compliments. We were initially just hoping for a refresh, but got so much more and all completed in just two days. They redesigned our landscape with special attention to every single detail. They trimmed our large oak trees to let more sunlight in, removed our old tired landscape, replaced our soil, installed border scape and a flagstone path, added boulders and lighting and selected and installed plants suitable to our sun and shade conditions, with perennials that will come back year after year, ensuring that we have a nice landscape all year long, with something always in bloom. They also made adjustments to our sprinkler system to ensure every plant was getting coverage, replaced some sprinkler heads and installed landscape fabric to minimize weeds. They are perfectionists and tended to every single detail, things we didn't even think of, with lots of variety and textures and visual interest. Not only does our yard look fantastic, but their design really made our front door pop and our whole house look so elegant and certainly increased the value of our house with the stunning curb appeal. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, very well priced, with great communication from start to finish. We highly recommend them!

Pete and his crew did a fantastic job extending and texturing our patio with cool decking. He also managed changes to irrigation and gutters. We were so pleased with his work that we expanded the project to include additional improvements to our landscaping. He was responsive from start to finish and extremely fare with his pricing. I highly recommend PJ!

Pete did post-pool landscaping repair of our front and back yard, and he did a fantastic job. The job requires a lot of investigation to repair irrigation system, and installing new drainage, but the lawn looks great. His crew worked hard and fast and they came on time. Only critique is that some of the sod was put on top of dirt that had grown weeds, instead of tearing out vegetation before laying sod. Overall very happy

Came out and gave a quote on my sod. Also gave me a quote on installing an irrigation system in my backyard. His crew came out the next day and did both service quickly and efficiently and even set up my system for me. Yard looks great and they even filled in some holes that the previous company left. They did a great job!

It was a professional experience

I hired PJ and S Landscaping (aka) Pete Gonzales for my landscaping project. I asked him to add a sprinkler and french drain which he said he can do and been doing them so I agree with it. He and his crew worked fast and finished the project in only 4 days starting on the 16th and finished on the 19th. It was looking good except that he has not finished putting the flagstone on almost half part of my garden near the fence. He told me he will be back to put them on Wednesday (6/23). I waited till Friday to call, did not answer. Called Home Advisor to call him, they were able to contact his brother, and he said that Pete was in Florida and will call me the coming Monday the 28th. No call then Tuesday came and there was rain and when I look out in my patio it was flooding, i think the drainage is not working, first time that my patio got flooded. I was so scared that it might get into my house. I took pictures and tried to call him again, 3x, left messages, no response. I called Home Advisor again what do I need to do to contact him, they were not of much help, they gave me some numbers that I can call to have the drainage check. I asked if I have to pay them again and surely I will have to because it is different people. HA said that all I can do is give him a bad review... what? Okay I can do that but wait, Wednesday, it rained hard again though its not too long but still my patio was flooded again. I called my son to buy me sandbags to put in my doorsteps in case it keeps raining. Tried to call Pete again, no answer. I asked my son to call Pete on his phone and lo and behold, he answered, so he is around. So why is he not answering me, is this an honest business practice? My fault is I trusted him and paid him in full. Drainage is not the only problem, the sprinklers had to be adjusted, the one near the fence is shooting thru my neighbors fence, maybe I can ask my son to adjust them but i was thinking anyway if he is coming then probably he can take a look at them again... Sorry it did not happen he ghosted me too.

Mr. Pedro was very professional and knows exactly what he's doing and talking about. I definitely recommend him. He goes beyond to make it nice and good service for us. Thank you, Mr. Pedro.

Great service very professional and really nice would use them again.

Pete's approach was most professional. They stripped out the old sod, removed tree roots, leveled the ground, added topsoil, and resoded. They left the area clean and neat. They were a joy to work with.

Hard working professional. Did a great job. Hired them to adjust/move sprinklers after adding new flower beds.
