Pool and Spa Servicing
Ortiz Swimming Pools built a pool for us & we have had nothing but problems since they put it in. There are cracks in the concrete, which had to be repaired & the filtering system has never quite worked the way it should; not to mention countless other smaller, but still meaningful problems. We have a 10-year warranty in writing, but they keep stating that it was a 5-year warranty. It is costing us $22,000 to have it completely redone by another company.
