Ortiz Pools

It has not gone well. We have spent over $16,900.00 on our pool with this Co. and I still have cracks in the parts they fixed and cement is still falling in my pool. I wish someone would come and look at what I'm talking about. If this isn't taken care of soon, I will have to have it fixed before we can swim in the pool. When they sprayed the area around the pool where they replaced the cement they didn't match the color that is on the rest of the area around the pool. I was told they couldn't. The person that cleans my pool told me it could be matched.

They were competitive with other people we looked at. We went with them because someone told about them. They started the work in April. They used to come and do work here, and then go to other places. There was no rush, but when we got in the house for the stuff to finish then they pretty much concentrated on us. It was kind of on and off. They worked until we got into the house. They finished the work within a couple of weeks, once we got in. They are very accessible and always answer the phone. They always answer the question whenever we had a problem. They used to come and walk us through each step about how to do the work. They used to be crystal clean and they even picked up my dog's toys in the backyard. They were very clean and very professional. They really did a good stuff.
