The company was up front, honest no high pressure. Did not tell us our water as awful as all the others did. They also spoke to us in terminology we could understand.

Installaltion was smoooth and water quality is good. Seems to use a lot of salt, but need to check into that. The system was a replacement and so all plumbing and wiring connections were in place.

We had another company come out to test the water, which is when we found out that the water had acidity. We also needed a pH system installed aside from the regular water softener. The unit this company sold us was not anything that we needed. When I called them, they told me that they were booked out for a month and couldn’t do anything. Also bout three months after the system was put in, I heard my pipes rattle, since there was air in the pipes; so when they installed the unit, they didn’t get all the air out of the pipes. Three months after that, the flotation system wore out, so they had to replace that. Also, there was some kind of ball that wasn’t put into the system by the factory, which is what we were told.
Description of Work: We had some extensive remodeling done in our home and we didn’t want our fixtures to get mineral deposits on them, so we decided to get a water softener system. They sold us a softener, but we needed more than a softener, since we had acidity in our water as well. We had copper piping, and about six months afterwards, I noticed the new shower doors started to show water and mineral deposits accumulating.
