I can GUARANTEE you that you and I never spoke. I don't answer the telephone.  Plain and simple.  That is why my husband expressed surprise when you said you had talked to me.  Get your customers straight.  You and I NEVER had a telephone conversation.  EVER.  For the record, you got the address from the contact I made with you thru Angie's List, in which I provided you my address.  Despite your claim we spoke, everyone who knows me will tell you that I Never answer the telephone.

Excellent.  I called on Friday PM and received a call-back, within hours, to schedule a meeting the next day.  Carlos arrived on time, understood what I wanted, made some additional suggestions, which I accepted, but did not try to upsell me to re-do the entire area!  Work was scheduled for Tuesday.  Crew was on-time and professional.  They even did the side area which I was not expecting.  I am extremely pleased with the results.

Mike's was very prompt in returning our first call.  Carlos made himself available on a Saturday afternoon to come out and talk about what we wanted done.  He quickly provided a detailed quote.  The entire project was completed in a day and a half, and they were able to make changes and additions at our request along the way.  The whole crew was very professional and took great care of our property.  They were very good at explaining everything they were doing and their landscaping choices were beautiful.  The irrigation specialist took the time to walk me through the system (new control box) and answer all of my questions.  These guys are great.  We highly recommend!

I pointed out which sprinklers were spraying way into the street.  He went around and checked the sprinklers.  He came back and said that they had been adjusted.  However, the sprinkler still sprays into the street quite a bit.  I don't see any difference.  I don't see that he did anything at all.  He did point out that one sprinkler head was leaking and offered to replace it for an additional charge, which I declined.  I'll replace it myself.

I had a great experience with Mike's Complete Landscaping. They are smart, professional and really listened to me about my specific job. I initially called needing my English ivy on my house extensively trimmed asap for my homeowner's insurance inspection. Owner Mike Melchor returned my call within the hour that same evening. He was professional, understood my situation immediately and was ready to get the job done. He came by with Carlos the next morning promptly as agreed. Mike and Carlos treated my needy yard and extreme ivy with respect. They appreciated my love of my English ivy, listened closely to my detailed requests and answered all my questions knowledgeably. They really know their stuff!
Mike gave me an estimate on the spot of $380.00 to remove ivy from my second story and windows and to preserve and trim the first story ivy to my exact specifications. For a total of $420.00 they included a thorough clean-up of my large front and back lawns. Mike and Carlos also included some careful trimming around my beloved philodendron and lagustrum.
I was pleased with the price quote, they agreed to start the next morning, Carlos and crew arrived early and started work immediately. Carlos stayed all day, closely supervising the detailed job. He hand trimmed the ivy edges himself, taking care that I was happy with the look. The crew worked all day, carefully raked my yard with rakes (not blowers) and left everything looking neat and professional.
Carlos was especially helpful to agree to take pictures himself up on my ivy-free roof to satisfy my insurance inspector and emailed them to my phone within the hour so I could get them to my insurance agent by 5pm. A week later my homeowners insurance was approved thanks to Mike's fast work and those pics! 
Overall an excellent experience. We will be arranging for Mike's to do our regular maintenance and look forward to starting several large landscaping projects with them soon. Highly recommended. A+

I phoned the number I found on Angie's List and left a message. My phone call was returned within an hour or two and Carlos agreed to come out the same day and take a look at what I needed. I was sent a quote by email and approved the work to start the next day. Communication was very easy and Carlos and his team were very professional. They started working as soon as they arrived around 10 am and didn't stop until the work was completed around 6 pm. They cleaned up nicely and hauled away all the debris that came from my yard when they were finished. I am very pleased with the work Mike's Complete Landscaping has done and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Overall, the entire process went very well from start to finish!

Providers were on time, did a good job and continued to do so for 4 weeks for me. The workers were pleasant with good attitudes. Job was completed satisfactorily.

purchased the $75 deal. called them., the person on the phone initially told me that my area may not be in coverage area, but later told me that they do cover the area, but then told me that they will come over, and look at the property while in the area (in the next 3-4 days) and let me know if they can do it. the person took my address/phone no, and other details and promised to call me back in a few days....with a quote and if they can do it for the $75  deal..., but ......weeks passed by and no one came or called... i found an alternate due to the urgency..., called angelist and cancelled the purchase.

I was not home when the work was performed. When I came home I walked through the whole yard and garden and carefully checked all the work that was supposed to be done. I was very pleased with how everything looked. The outside is practically all new. Mike called that night to see if I was satisfied with the work. I would use Mike's Complete Landscaping again. In fact, I may use them for lawn care when springtime comes around.

I had an excellent experience with Mike.  He phoned me as soon as he got my message and set up an appointment to come to my home.  He was prompt and arrived within the time frame that we agreed upon.  We had an initial mis-communication.  I thought that he was coming to do the work at the time that we set the appointment; however, he was actually coming to see the scope of the work that needed to be done.  When I explained that I had a challenging work schedule and was hoping that he could do the work today, he got with his work crew and managed to return to my home within a short span of time.  His crew mowed my yard, edged, and raked up multiple bags of leaves.  
He explained the the scope of the work at my home exceeded what was typically done for the price that I paid; however, he would not take any extra payment for the work that was completed.
Mike was easy to work with, honest, and performed the work that was scheduled - all, within a short timeline to meet my needs.  I would absolutely use Mike and his crew again.

Mike Melchor, the owner, got back with me immediately when I purchased his services through Angie's List, and has been responsive and easy to contact since then. I couldn't be happier with him and his crew. He really knows his stuff and has a long track record in the business.
We're just getting started, but I'm looking forward to being a long-term customer if my experience so far is representative of how Mike does business (and I think it is). I'm planning landscaping over the next year and feel confident I've found the right company to help me get it right.

The technician did a very thorough job checking everything and walking me through the system (we just purchased this house), as well as explaining all issues with the system.  He also offered to review the time and controls of our system with me.  He made several recommendations regarding the system and the quotes for repairs and replacements were very reasonable.  We have booked the company to complete all necessary repairs and upgrades.

I was really pleased with his services. He was very honest. I had called almost everyone in my area and Mike was the one of the few who returned my call and he was the only one who did the job. He was very nice and responded immediately.  His price was very reasonable. My overall experience with him was excellent.

So far we've just scheduled time to come out and perform the work but I'm already impressed with Mike's pricing and honest feedback about the job. I'm putting in new sodding and based on the local climate and time of year in Houston, the need to come out and monitor it really depends and Mike didn't try to squeeze in a lot extra trips to pad the quote. Will update my review once I've seen the quality of work. Thanks!

They completed the job in two days. They did a good job. I am happy with the overall work. They are still working on the maintenance. They changed the estimate as the work was more than they originally thought. It would have been helpful if the estimate was closer to the actual price. Breaking things would have been helpful, but I do not mind because some of that they could not tell until they got into it. He did exceed my expectations once he were into project, he brought some creativity into the project. He followed up to make sure that I was satisfied.

I think he is very good to work with. He was very flexible about scheduling with me. Also he gives a client a way of appreciating them because the work is so great.

Mike's Complete Landscaping do a very good job. They are very careful and take very good care of our lawn. They are very nice. They bill monthly which works out nice for me. They are very responsive with any needs we have with our back yard. Their prices are good. I will continue to use them.

Great! Mike's crew did a superb job and showed up when promised. I am pleased with their work on my shrubs and landscaping. I am in Village of Oak Lakes and Mike's seems to cut several yards nearby.
