"This specific project I paid a third party subcontractor to pull permits, paid the sub, and never heard from him again. I did however have engineer stamped drawings made and expected him to handle the permits once those were handed to him and a copy for the homeowner. I was wrong for not double checking to make sure permits were pulled. After I got word from Mrs. [Member Name Removed] that the HOA application had been approved I proceeded figuring the building line in their backyard wouldn't be a problem. I did however refund all of her money and that incident will never happen again with this company. I pull all permits PERSONALLY now. I apologize for the poor management on my end. -Dylan Hamilton"
I had an awesome experience with this company. The patio was very reasonably priced and looks absolutely amazing. Dylan was very attentive and professional and he has a great crew working with him. My patio was only supposed to take about 7 days to complete but it rained 2 or 3 days during that week so it ended up getting delayed a couple of times. I was supposed to have a house party and the delay was going to make it so the patio wouldn't be done in time. Dylan really helped me out and was able to move some stuff around and get the patio done in time. That was really big of him and I really appreciate it. I have had the patio for about 3 months now and it is still just as amazing as when we got it.
Pros: Fair pricing, hard working, friendly (including the different crews), helpful, attentive and professional.
Cons: The only real con is that I had some trouble scheduling setting a firm start date. It wasn't really Dylan's fault because it was a very rainy time of year and he is managing multiple crews around the city at one time but it was frustrating.
Sincerely, Mary Hodge - Houston, Texas
