The inspection went very well. Mr. Hogues was the consummate professional. His inspection and explanation was very detailed. He was even able to provide the requested information in a timely matter on short notice. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent job.. Mr. Hogues was prompt with the timeliness of the inspection. He did a very through inspection that included pictures with comments, So thorough, that he pointed out missing screws from cover plates of wall outlets and noted dishwasher and garbage disposal were not plugged in.

It went well, however there was an issue with the attic door which prevented Mr. Hogues from entering. He had to make a return visit at an additional charge of $100 to complete the inspection after the door was repaired. Additionally, there were some items we pointed out to Mr. Hougues that he did not include in the report, e.g. sagging gutters and wood rot around the base of some of the structures.

Mr. Hogue is very thorough, professional and accommodating. This is the second home he inspected and he did an exceptional job! I didn't Expect him to be available so soon but he came and did the inspection the day after I called him. He had the detailed report to me the very next day before noon. Even though the home is only 5 years old he was meticulous with the inspection. I would highly recommend him and would call him again for any other home inspections!

Mr. Hogues was a pleasure to worth with! He was very responsive and communicative. He took the time to walk us through the issues he uncovered from his inspection and answered all of our related questions. He even sent us our report that same day! My inspection was done on time and James was able to squeeze my inspection in after we had some difficulties he was very flexible with me. My report was given to me right away and I like that the report is delivered at the time that the client pays.

All I can say is, I don't know what we would have done without the thorough inspection James provided. We weren't sure if we needed an inspection on a new construction, but we would are so so happy we called James. After weeks of comparing inspectors, we chose James because his price was the lowest but mainly because his personality literally came through the phone as caring and educated. He bent over backwards to juggle his schedule around to appease our builders very tight schedule. We met James after the inspection was complete and he gave us a run down of the issues we could see, and followed with a very detailed report. His report is litterally dummy proof and put these builders in their place when it comes to skipping steps! Not only did James find the major issues like missing insulation and a leak in the roof, he noticed things that aren't apparent to the untrained eye. He went so far as to notice nails that weren't placed properly, and sealing that was incomplete! We are extremely impressed and grateful for your thorough inspection and look forward to having you out again for the one year warranty inspection!

James was referred to us from a family friend who had used him in the past. After we made an offer and paid earnest money for our new home, we only had 7 days to have the inspection completed. We needed someone who would be able to come out within a relatively short time. We are both very busy but James was flexible with us. He came out for the inspection only 2 days after we contacted him! He showed up on time and performed an extremely thorough inspection of the home. On the next day, he emailed us an extremely detailed report with photos. He pointed out so many things to us that we had not seen during the walk through with our realtor. James literally saved us thousands because we used the inspection report to negotiate with the seller to repair all these things before we finalized the deal. He is the truth.
