It is typically a one man crew. Chris normally comes out to diagnose whats going on at my house. He will discuss what the repair is going to be before doing the work, and will go over the cost. He will give the best, most cost efficient option. With our word he goes forward with what he needs to do, and provides all the parts. I have been using them for about 1 year now, and would recommend them to anyone.

Called this morning to schedule appointment for sometime this week (since I was off) to come out and service unit.  They were here by 1 pm and finished up in an hour.  Honest and affordable for check up and 3 lbs of freon.  Highly recommend.

I decided to have my 2 A/C units replaced before it really got hot this summer so I got quotes from several recommended companies. Hippler was by far the least expensive and they started the work within 3 days. This was during the really cold weather in January and rather than have my whole house without heat, they did the installation over 2 days so there was always warmth somewhere. The employees have all been with the company for many years and they get along so well together. They were super neat and concerned about not getting any dirt or insulation anywhere in my house. After work was completed the owner, Harold Hippler personally called to follow up to see if there were any questions regarding the digital thermostats.

I asked my HOA president for a recommendation. She told me this firm had done some work for the HOA earlier this month. Their work was spot on and very reasonable. That was a big load off of my mind because as a professor of electrical and electronics engineering I usually am the first one the HOA calls when there are problems with the lighting at the entrance to the subdivision.
I called the owner and within an hour a crew of three people were at my door. 45 minutes later they were done. I cannot put a price tag on what that meant to me. It is almost time for finals and I really don't have the time to do it myself even though I know how. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable and the crew was extremely professional. Good job!

About 15 months ago had a person install new a/c condensor and evaporator coil in the attic. This individual apparently did not know what he was doing and installed the whole interior system incorrectly. The incompetence of this person whom I do not wish to name caused my interior unit to leak condensation on my foyer ceiling sheetrock, causing water damage.
I phoned Hippler A/C and within 15 minutes a repairman was at my residence. He assesed the problem and how to fix it. I was given two options, a quick fix or a permanent fix. I chose the permanent one and was glad I did. Also, Hippler gave me a price quote right up front and advised they would be there the next morning to replace the coil and do it right. They arrived promptly at 8am with 3 repairman and finished the job in four hours. They insulated everything as should be and did a very professional job. They even laid out cover sheets on our tile floor as not to get the floors soiled. I was very pleased with their work and even charged me less than what was originally quoted. I also recieved a detailed bill, explaining all the repair work they had done including my warranty of the new evaporator coil. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them highly.

Called about 10 am after getting their number from an AC supply warehouse we have used before because AC went out night before.
They said they could send someone tomorrow. They then called back about 1:30 and said they could come today and they came at 2 and had it fixed shortly thereafter. Very efficient and punctual.

Those guys are great. They have been doing my electricity now for 22 years. They are just really good.
