This is the MOST dishonest company that I have ever dealt with on any service or product.
. Liens filed filed against my home for unpaid sub-contractors
No warranty documentation provided upon completion of pool
Service ruined my plaster
Major foundation issues with pool that will cost in excess of $30,000 to repair
Refusal to honor warranty claims
Belligerent engagement when trying to resolve issues
Service person appeared to be meth user
The owner is Mike Caruso, just in case he ever appears anywhere else in the industry.

I have become very disapointed with this company's performace over the last 7 months. Services have been spuratic and unreliable. There have been times when chemicals (Chlorine tablets have not beed added because they were out of stock at the company.) Really? out of stock on something as basic as chlorine at a pool company?! Although my water looks clear, the surface looks dirty and when I checked the filter by the pump, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I have fired them today and would not endorse their services for residential pool maintenance. I suggest that you look elsewhere.
