We love being able to browse through the plants at will, without interruption. But if you want to ask questions it is difficult to find help that speaks English. They have a good assortment of plants and we have found colors we couldn't find at other nurseries! Their prices are fair but the cashier lady has overcharged us twice now. When we questioned it this time she bordered on rude and stuck to her price. There were two types of the plant and she refused to honor the sign that was on the plant we were buying. We will go back, we always find some treasure we can't live without but next time I am taking a picture of their signage so they can't overcharge us!

Frank of Frank's Nursery came to our house in Afton Oaks and gave us an estimate. He was fair and recommended doing things we hadn't thought needed to be done and recommended not doing some tree removal that we had planned to do. He was VERY fair and honest. His recommendations were correct and we did not lose any expensive trees that were several years old. We will use him again.

Very nice but the price was $2000.00 higher than other prices quoted. Decided to go with another company to do the work.

Before they started, we actually talked with Frank to get an estimate. He suggested a different stone that would work better and saved us about $1,000!! They completed the entire project in 2 days! It completely transformed our front and back yards. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! VERY satisfied!

I liked the personal attention from the owner’s side. He came out and gave ideas on things that I could do. He listened to my request. He is very accommodating. He gave me a quote same day upfront. He didn’t pressurize me to go with him. When I called him back, he scheduled the work when I needed it to be done. The workers were fine. There was no problem there. I would recommend them. I would use the in the future.

Frank does what he says he is going to do. He comes out when he says he is going to come. The workers come when Frank says they are coming. They get the job done in a timely manner. They clean up after themselves. The quality of the work is very good. I will use them in the future.

I thought the price was good, I was very happy. The only thing, which I didn't notice at the time, is they didn't put any landscaping fabric in the rock bed so I had some weeds coming up. Other than that I was very happy with them. They are a great company, they are very approachable, open minded and great to work with. He told me what I needed, what would work best for me and the plan he chose was great.

Excellent work. Took two days and planted exactly as we asked. During initial interview/estimate he made several suggestions based on our general description of what was wanted. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Used current rock borders of beds, but rearranged and added to them. Crew gave instructions to ensure plantings survived and Frank returned to ensure we were satisfied, discuss how to keep garden and prune plants for maximum affect

They did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. They also came back to replace a dead tree at no cost.

I have used Franks Nursery for many years to do my yard in the spring. They are very efficient in getting my flower beds ready for the new flowers. My landscape has been established a few years ago so each year we do some updating with new flower. The yard looks great and they keep it looking great with all their hard work. I like to do the planting of the flowers but the men do allot of my heavy work and are very obliging in whatever I ask.

We are very happy with the job Franks did. In the front, he tore everything out and replaced it with trees, bushes, and flowers. There were also some wood chips laid under the bushes. In the back, he built a flagstone patio, which really compliments the back yard and the rear of the house. Their shoes always came off before they enter the house.
