Very very professional - they got me all the information I would need to work through the Home Owners Association approval process. They came when they said they came, Randy Mersiovsky introduced the foreman and his team to me before even starting. They told me what to expect (noise level, steps in the process, impact to any other structures), and changed some plans based on my needs. I got an update every day from Randy. They cleaned up the area every day and took extra care to protect my property (e.g. covering my pool to prevent debris in the pool) and leave nothing dangerous (sharp, etc) that would hurt my pets. They were very respectful of neighbors' property, parking, etc. They worked hard every day - no goofing off - and they actually even finished a day earlier than originally planned.
When the concrete was removed from around the pool, there was a leak from one of the lines that had been embedded in the concrete. When I saw it that evening, they came out right away (at 9 PM at night) and put a patch on it so that I'd have no damage to my property, and then later actually replaced that portion of the line for me.
And as final clincher, I had asked for them to leave any left over pavers so that I could build a step from the patio up to the doggie door, and they not only left some pavers, they actually build the steps out of the pavers for me without charge!
