 + -1 moreThe piano tuning and general maintenance went perfect! Joshua was absolutely brilliant and was able to remove the buzzing sound from one of the strings by investigating the source of the buzz. He will be back and I will recommend his services to everyone I know.

 + -1 moreI am overdue to use him again. When I bought the piano a tuning was included so I'm not sure how much the cost will be to have it tuned again. My son's piano teacher and the business where I bought the piano both recommended him. He is good with email in making appointments and sending reminders. You need to schedule at least 30-60 days in advance. He is very prompt and very neat. He is very organized, which is good. It sounds beautiful. My son was really into it and he showed my son and explained what he was doing, which was kind of cool.
Description of Work: I used Michael Ello to tune my piano.
