Great movers and overall professional and respectful. Were delayed over 2 hours, which didnâ t matter for my move, but would have been frustrating if we were in a time crunch.

Stay away from these people they are con artists the owner is very rude because my elderly mother out he threatened to go by her house the workers drink my mom's beer they had a party in the back of that truck with the beer this was in the refrigerator in the garage they took a one hour break with my mom's belonging inside of the truck they made the job more harder than it was to retain more money from my elderly mom they started a job late didn't leave my elderly mom's home until 11:00 p.m. they broke up her bed they didn't wrap her leather furniture they drugged it into the truck because it was heavy we are having to throw it in the trash all of her boxes they threw across her porch instead of walking them in there they never said her beds up they never said her tables up the one bed they did set up was put up incorrectly jacked up at the bottom off the floor by 5 to 7 in they told my elderly mom that that's the way it's supposed to be all of her stuff is in shrink wrap they broke the washing machine nozzle and just stuck it back when we went to see why there was water dripping from the washing machine the nozzle had fallen on the floor please do not by all protect your loved ones please by all means if you have elderly parents protect them like we are protecting ours we will protect our parents we have filed a police report due to the text that was sent to my sister's phone we are pursuing things further Angie you should be totally responsible for having people on your list as credible company when these are literally thugs off the street.

DONT HIRE. From the beginning, I find the company to be unorganized. I received a call a week before my move that they were on their way. I had to let them know when my move will be. Then the day of my move, they call at the wrong time. Then finally at the right time, he was rude. During the move, they moved slowly like they did not want to be moving. The guy leading the move was very rude and lazy at the beginning. When we called the owner, all he could say is that he will talk to his guys. The one box that I mark fragile was the box that they dropped and my plates were broken. My husband had to assist with the move so we could finish on time. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company.

DO NOT Request This Company's "Moving Services" It took (3) men from 9:45 am until 11:45 pm to move a 1,484 sq ft house just 10 miles down the road to my new home. Really makes me wonder how much experience this company has with moving services. They wrapped and sealed up my main refrigerator to be moved without informing me, so I wasn't able to empty all of the contents in my huge igloo as I had planned. I told them it was still full when they had such problems loading and the lead/driver guy said why didn't I say something.? They did not make me aware it was time to move it until they already had it all wrapped up and ready to move it in order for me to be able to unload it. Then, once they were able to finally get my fridge into the new house, everything had shifted inside (as I would think an experienced mover would be aware would happen) and several glass container items fell out and broke and spilled all over my floor of which was just professionally cleaned earlier that day. I then commented that fridge needed to be hooked up to the water line. They left kitchen for just a bit then came back and asked if I hooked up the water?? I said no I did not, you need to hook it up. Why on earth would an "experienced mover" say that to the customer? The lead/driver guy also made several comments that everything was just "really hard to do". Told him maybe he should find a different job of which he commented back that yes, he definitely should find another job. Once the other 2 guys got my washer and dryer hooked up, I wasn't able to open the door to the garage which was right next to the dryer. Driver said well nothing can be done so they would have to leave it like that with me not being able to open door to the garage. I then made a comment that a washer and dryer was there before, and the previous owners had to of been able to open the door to the garage so please make it right of which they finally did after me having to make several comments that they needed to fix the issue. The lead/driver guy didn't want to deal with it and just leave it the way it was. In fact, every time I said that something still needed to be done, I got a reaction like he was being put out and was really bothered by the fact that he needed to finish the job he was hired and paid dearly for. Another issue, they did not say anything to me that they were going to stop to eat dinner on the way to new house with the second load. So, I was waiting and wondering what happened. Did the truck break down or did they get in an accident? Had no clue where they were until I called the driver asking if they got lost or something...? He then made a comment that they just decided to stop and eat dinner on the way. I wouldn't have minded at all if they would have said something, but they didn't seem to care about letting me know and just decided to stop because it was "right there so might as well stop and eat". All know that moving anywhere is not a pleasant experience to say the least. But having the one issue on top of another and another, caused my home move with Dynamic Xpress to shoot to a stress level as far off the charts of what I could ever have imagined making it an absolute hell on earth experience!!!

The movers were polite but worked slow- I say because in 4 hours my moving was not finished. Thank you, W.

They were not there 15 minutes, and the younger of the two said, Wow, you got a lot of s**, I have got another mover so we gotta hurry up Also, he kept rushing me to do things. I am a 62 year old heart patient, and I really felt rushed through this; when I was paying the bill he asked me if I was going to charge the tip, and I told him no. Then he asked me for a cash tip and I told him no. Then he just turned around and left. Worst move ever.

They took a chunk out of the door jamb when they moved a large sofa table.

Great customer service! My request was fairly short notice, and they were super accommodating to my tight deadline. I had a two-man crew assist with moving my three story townhome, and both men were extremely friendly and kept a positive spirit while climbing up and down the stairs in this Texas summer heat. I learned the morning of my move that the elevator at my new complex was out of service, and when I nervously shared this information with the men, one of them very politely replied, “that’s not to worry ma’am, it’s all part of the job and we will get it taken care of. We don’t go into these jobs expecting them to be easy, and when they are, that’s just a bonus”. It took about 2.5 hours to move me out, and then about 3.5 hours to move me in. They were great at following directions and worked very efficiently. I have nothing but compliments about my experience, and I have already recommended them to a friend who is moving next month!

While the guys were nice at first, they ended up whining and complaining, a lot. I have a lot of things so I hired 3 guys. I expected to be done sooner than way later but they broke something at my apartments so they had to do a lot of the move via stairs, 3rd floor. This took way longer and they would not move their truck to the closest staircase which also took twice a long. I lived down a very long hallway from the stairs they were parked by. There was a truck in the way at first but after it left, they refused to move closer to my stairs. I asked several times. Only gave me half an hour discount for their lunch time while the move should have taken way less time than it did, this was on them. The 2 guys who did not speak English did not complain, to me anyway. If you do not have much to move, on the first floor (maybe 2nd floor) they would be worth it but if you have a lot of things, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor without an elevator, hire someone else. They cannot handle it. BTW, 2 other tenants started later than my move and were both gone way before my guys were done. I was up front 100% that I had a lot of things, couches being the heaviest. Company asked me twice, are you sure you need 3 guys for a 1 bedroom apartment and I told them both times, I have a lot of things. I wanted to be up front which I was. No hidden agenda on my part.

On time, courteous, respectful

The crew showed up on time, had great knowledge of all electronics, appliances and furniture items we were moving. They tore down everything and put it all back together with no issues. They were fast and efficient,

Energetic, hard working, asking me (the customer) the right questons, showed up right on time, finished quicker than expected.

2 movers spent 7 and 1/2 hours to move an apartment with limited furniture. They were consistently hanging out by the moving truck and either eating, drinking sodas or smoking. A golf buddy and myself could have made the entire move in 3-4 hours. One of the guys they sent could not have weighed more than 120 pounds. I weigh 205 and I'm not a mover. Was told 3 hour minimum at $80 per hour. Thought great because we did not have much stuff. Advertising ploy. These were possibly the 2 laziest movers I have ever encountered. Charged us almost $700. Paid, but just felt like taking both of them out to the parking lot and renegotiating. But I did not. Do not want jail time over stupid people. So you can probably tell that I would inform the world that this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST moving company in the Universe. BTW: did I say I was upset?

They worked hard and in a very professional manner. They did not waste time and complied with the schedule.

These guys helped me out of a tight spot. I was able to hire them short notice and they came prepared to work.
