Terrible. Took our money, only 2 items completed out of 10 in 6 weeks. At this rate, started work in May 2024 and won't complete until 2026. Lack of follow up, have no idea when things will be done. Given a date multiple times then doesn't meet date.

The Roofing crew removed the old roof, installed the Tiger Paw layer and then installed roofing. We were very impressed with the workers and their knowledge of the work they were completing. They were very proud of the job they were doing and it showed. Mr Duran constantly checked their progress. We did not encounter any problems and our new roof is beautiful. The process was so easy and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Duran and his roofing professionals.

When I FINALLY got the work done, the seemed to do a good job. But it took way to long for them to get the work done. They kept telling me we were next on the list, then it never would happen. I finally had to get ugly, then it got done. Now, I need them back out to do more work... and 1 week later, and I've not heard back from them. Don't know if this is just the nature of the business or if they are just too busy or what. It's unfortunate because the people I have spoken with have been very nice... they just don't respond very expeditiously.
Maybe they would be more responsive if it was a $15,000 job as opposed to a $1,000 job. Just sayin'

This company came out when some others would not because it wasn't a complete new roofing job. The crew was well run, orderly, courteous, and cleaned up afterword. Overall they did a fine job. They explained what was wrong, and what they had to do, and gave an initial estimate before the work was done. I will use them again when I need work done

We hired Duran Roofing to replace my roof after it was damaged by a hailstorm. The men did an excellent job of tearing the old roof and debris off, making sure nothing was damaged. The new roof was installed very efficiently, and came with a thirty-year guarantee. The men did an excellent clean up of the old material. We would use Duran roofing again if we need a new roof.

The roofing job went fast and smooth, with a minimum of problems. They used crew of four, and finished in three days, with two long rain delays. The roof was covered with plastic during these rainstorms to avoid getting the new decking wet, before installing the shingles. The work area was cleaned and kept orderly. All the workmen displayed exemplary behavior, and the job was done extremely well.

This job was done before our last storm with a crew of 13 men. It only took them one day. They took off everything, threw it all into a handy trash bin they brought with them, and cleaned everything up really well afterwards. It's an asbestos roof with a 30-year guarantee. They were polite and considerate and the owner even came by at 5 p.m. to inspect everything and make sure it had been done properly. Many people compliment me on my 'beautiful' roof, which matches the house very well.

Duran Roofing did a wonderful job of repairing my hail damaged roof. They were able to get the job taken care of quickly. The crew was a very pleasant group and very respectful also. They made sure to keep the yard free of debris and trash. The new shingles are great looking and I love the work they did for me and my house.

When I called them, they came out very quickly. I was amazed that they always cleaned up the shingles the same day before they left. My roof looks nice, and when they were done they made sure the nails were all cleaned up. The employees were very professional. The work is good, and I don't worry about it leaking.
