We were disappointed with this contractor because he sent his son who wasn't very knowledgeable and he was also very sloppy. He left a mess. We had to cut the wall ourselves. They were responsive and their price was good though.

the problem was a consumer error. the dimmer switch was on. took them 5 minutes to figure it out, but they still charged me 90 dollar for coming out. Half that would have been enough in my mind.
