THIS BUILDER PROMISED GREAT QUALITY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, BUT BUILDING QUALITY HAS BEEN PRETTY LOW. LOTS OF INITIAL PROBLEMS.
