The treatment was not at all effective

I was contacted by phone 30 min prior the appointment. Cory S. was already here when I arrived. He was spraying the outside of the house. He was very professional, he explained me what was covered, what was not. Compared to my previous pest control provider, everythiong was a bliss.

Prompt and friendly service. I would use them again.

The company is responsive but their techs are not very knowledgeable when it comes to rat removal. We have two technicians show up and each had his own theory. They were both wrong. They also charge for every service call even for the initial assessment when others did not.

This was my initial visit; had never used the company before. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He inspected outdoor spaces and indoors, including the attic area. He provided baiting for eradication of the rats. He also recommended exclusion work in the area connecting the bridgeway between the garage and the house. The service fee was quite reasonable. The Service Technician, Trey, was personable yet professional. Because of his professionalism, we will probably use Bugco pest services going forward.

Justin and his assistant (I apologize, I'm terrible with names) surveyed our new home for our first time pest treatment with Bugco.  They were very prompt and professional.  They inspected our home for pest entry points while treating both the interior and exterior of our home, including our detached garage. I was so pleased with their services so signed up for a 1-year agreement for quarterly treatment.  Justin was honest about what services I needed and didn't need.  I appreciated the honesty and asked about paying for recurring appointments.  Unlike other pest control companies, I did not feel pressured into signing an agreement or paying for services I did not need.
My husband and I received terrible service from another pest control company with our previous home.  I meticulously researched pest control companies prior to contacting Bugco.  Bugco's service coincides with the rave reviews.  I would 100% recommend Bugco, and more specifically Justin, to anyone searching for a reliable and honest pest control professional.

I have been using their services for a couple of months now. I had initially hired them for a problem we had in the warehouse with lots of spiders. They did a great job and the treatment was able to get rid of almost all of them! I like the fact that they are a small locally owned business. The same technician comes out to which ever location you need the treatments. They are reasonable in price, punctual to appointments, trustworthy, and do great work. I have used pest control services before and I was not impressed with the treatments.  I like that BUGCO has done a very good job. I have really liked them and have been very impressed with their services. They are the only pest control service that I will use now.
