They were absolutely phenomenal. Efficient, thorough, and super nice. They confirmed the appointment before heading out and even called my tenant ahead of time to let them know they were on the way. I will definitely use them again!

Absolutely horrible. Do not ever use this company. They were referred to us by our Home Warranty company. We requested service on November 18, 2015. They didn't even come out to our house until December 1st. The serviceman said that he had to order parts and than would be in within 2 weeks. Almost 3 weeks past and we didn't hear anything. I had to call them back and found out that the parts still weren't in. I went out of town and came back in mid-January. The repairman came out on January 22nd to complete the repair. That was a Friday afternoon. By the weekend every bit ocf food in both the refrigerator and freezer had spoiled.

On Monday we contacted the Home Warranty Company and required them to send out a repairman from a different company. When the repairman from the 2nd company came out, he discovered that there was no mechanical failure, but the first repairman failed to plug back in the compressor on the refrigerator. Due to Brazos Appliance and Repair's neglegience and incompetence, were out hundreds of dollars. Despite numerous attempts to get them to do do the right thing and just compensate for our losses, they have refused to do anything whatsoever.

Shannon is absolutely great. He's professional, personable, punctual, and excellent at what he does. He will fix your old or tired appliances and keep them going, just like the old days when we fixed things instead of just throwing them away. He's worked on my old washing machine as well, and I've called him for consultation on my upright freezer. He was out of action for a couple of months due to a broken wrist and I was just praying that my appliances wouldn't break down during that time! I could not rate him higher, he is on my list of "The Best" service people in Houston.
