I hired Bratton Pools in January 2018 based on this website s reviews. That has proven to be a huge mistake. After more than 24 months, my pool permit is still open. Somehow, Bratton was not aware that our drainage permit was rejected by the city in February 2018, and they proceeded to build the pool without this permit. This issue came to my attention in July of 2019, after repeated communication with Mike Bratton regarding the open permit. He never mentioned the rejection until I spoke to an engineer we hired to help resolve the **permit issue**. That is when I found out that our pool was built without a permit. Luckily, Bratton was able to get the permit issued after the fact but he has still not obtained final approval from the city to close out the permit. I have reached the end of my rope. I hate to slam Mike on this website because he is a very nice man and our pool turned out beautifully. However, I cannot have an un-permitted pool forever. As soon as this matter is resolved, I will revise my review. Until then, my rating stands!

Excellent...They are great. I would recommend them for pool repair or installation. Honest people, and good price.
