Carl did a great job cleaning the house and the sidewalk and driveway. It made a big difference. He came out a second time to see if he could do more on a chimney that was on a second story and difficult to get to. He even shot video of it which I can use as evidence before my HOA that it had been carefully cleaned and that it was as good as it is going to get by cleaning. I would hire him again.

Wow, Bluwash Pressure Cleaning and the owner (Carl) are both amazing ! Professional, personable and absolutely top-quality work ! Our walkway, driveway and sidewalks have not looked and been so clean in the 4 years since we moved in ! Carl is fantastic and detail-oriented. The owner of BluWash is amazing. He is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive and completed the job a day after providing a quote for the service. The driveway, sidewalk and patio were immaculate after he finished. I am very happy that I chose to have the exterior of my home cleaned. It looks like my house was freshly painted. In speaking with Carl, I learned that he is a U.S. Navy veteran. I was so pleased with the service that I asked for extra business cards to share with friends and neighbors. He is that good.

Decided to wash away last evidence of Harvey. Glad I did. Porch looks brand new. Had green algae removed so I don’t deal with the black algae that’s harder to remove. Never paid to have this done so wasn’t sure what to expect on cost. More than I expected but my house looks good.

Carl was very professional and polite. Washed the walkway, driveway,sidewalk and curb of a corner house . Came out fabulous better than expected. Definitely would hire again and will recommend to all friends and family. Carl even washed the garage doors and back patio which was not included in the original estimate but was done at no additional cost. Carl is a Navy veteran who took care of an Army veteran much appreciated. If pressure washing is needed Carl is definitely the man to call.

Carl was excellent. He was polite, punctual and professional. Great communication, arrived on time and got right to work. Final look is outstanding. Very reasonable rates. He did the power washing just fine but used some chemical(s) that has damaged some plants and killed others. He did not bring a helper and he did not put everything back in place nor remove all his masking before he left; he seemed to be in a big hurry to be gone. Also, windows were not clean.

Carl came by and got started right away. My house looks as it did when I first purchased it (right after it was built). I'll keep him on my contract list. He will pressure wash your home, patio, porch (if you have one) and both the driveway and sidewalk. Recommended him to a neighbor at the last minute and he pressure washed her porch and driveway as well. Believe me, prior to the pressure wash, my house looked as it if were painted green. Now it's bright-white as it should be.

Carl was excellent. He was punctual, and when he arrived he went right to work. I did my best to clear off the areas that were to be cleaned beforehand, to help him get a jump on the project. Overall it was much cheaper than another Angie's provider and the work is excellent by my standards. My spouse agrees with me that the areas he cleaned are much much nicer than they were... and we are often noting that they are much cleaner than the neighbors now. If the neighbors ask us who we used to get everything this clean I would definitely recommend Carl and Bluwash Pressure Cleaning to them.

Carl was the only person who actually came out and gave a quote. He arrived at the time he said he would. He cleaned the gutters on our house, which is a very tall two story house. He did an exactly job. We will use him again.

Our backyard patio, front of home sidewalk, curb, driveway, and walkway to front door has never been cleaned and was dark and nasty looking. I contacted Carl who inspected the job and gave us a reasonable price. We accepted and so glad we did. Carl did an excellent job! The concrete looks brand new. It's amazing. We've already ask him to pressure wash our home next week. Carl is very easy to work with and very personable. That is a plus. Highly recommended! From start to finish I was impressed. Carl is responsive and good with communication and he pays attention to the details. He did all the work requested and I was pleased with detailed work such as the powerwashing of street curb and gutter, extra effort to clean exterior of chiminey, and other details. My home is now much brighter and cleaner all around.
