Kenny showed up on time, had all the tools and spares he needed to complete the job. He was polite, well spoken and very professional telling us upfront what it would cost and then working fast to get it done. Furthermore, we received an e-mail ahead of his arrival with a picture and description of our service tech so we knew who to expect. Great service and I'd recommend this company to anyone based on this experience. DK
