We received a quote quickly for the dryer repair, and they negotiated with us on cost. They arrived the next day and quickly fixed our equipment and gave us a receipt for a warranty on their work. The did arrive a few hours later than originally quoted, but that was my only complaint.

A gentleman called me immediately after I submitted my request on this website for a dryer repair. I scheduled the service via phone for 11am to noon. I had to call them at 12:15pm because nobody had shown up. They eventually showed up around 12:30pm (no apology) and the technician informed us he didn't have the part (heating element) and could come back later in the day between 4pm to 6pm. At 5:15pm, I call the company and the owner says they will show up at 6pm. At 7:15pm, I call the company to see if they will show up at all and leave them a voicemail. I immediately receive a text message on my cell asking me to text them. I text them asking if they are going to show up at all, and if not, I will go somewhere else. I receive no response. At 7:30pm, the guy shows up with no apology nor explanation for the massive delay. They perform the work and leave at 8pm. Overall, this was a horrible experience as I had to make personal arrangements and wasted my day dealing with them. I also noticed they used a paper statement to charge me and he wrote my credit card info on a piece of paper. Most professionals now have an Ipad to process charges, yet these guys still use paper.

Company responded the same evening and said they could come out the next day (Sunday). Servieman arrived on time and completed repair.

The technician was punctual and explained that my mom's dryer needed a new knob instead of a heating element. He then told us that the part had to be picked up and It would cost us $235 for the part which seemed rather expensive but my husband agreed to have it fixed. We were told by the owner that his son would come back with the part between 1pm-2pm. His son was there at 1pm fixed the dryer and all was good. Now during the payment part of the transaction I thought that they would have a square or another was to pay by credit card but he hand wrote my information on an invoice slip for services that didn't include the cost of parts and labor. I wasn't told that there was a guarantee on the work or an type of warranty so I'm hoping that everything will continue working properly. Overall the work was done in a timely manner the service charge of $69.95 is waived if you agree to have your appliance repaired. The response once you contact them through the listing was good also.

They're the only company that we use in Houston. I would definitely recommend them.

They came out before Christmas and decided it needed a new control panel. The order was placed and in the second week of January installed (but I had to call to see what was going on). The technician and the owner left before the machine actually started making ice. The machine did eventually start making ice but not to where it ever filled up the bin (to a normal volume) and the ice cubes were now not as robust as before the problem started.

Gave me an hour window.  It took about an hour.  All fixed making great Ice.
