All Phase Plumbing is a family owned business, operated by Wayne Vincent (Master Plumber) for over 22 years in west Houston and Fort Bend County. Wayne has been performing plumbing services in the Houston area since 1979. Before that he worked with his Father, Carl Vincent in Kansas where he was born and raised.

This company is just wonderful. The owner is honest. He is always clean and never leaves a mess. He is conscientious. If he ever brings employees with him to work on a job, they are either his son or son in laws. They are all very gentlemanly. He is also very responsive;. I recommend him and his business to friends, family and others in our neighborhood.

called and asked permission to come earlier than scheduled. arrived a bit early, showed them the problem - process started immediately. quick, efficient process - knew exactly which supplies were necessary and what needed to be done. finished within 45 minutes, gave advice on how long to wait before turning water back on and how long before joints would be fully cured.

The water heater wasn't heating the water and my husband thought the thermostat had gone out. He also couldn't get the pilot light to light. Wayne checked it and got the pilot light to light and did this several times to make sure it worked every time. He said he didn't see anything wrong with it and that maybe the high winds we had had blew out the pilot light and said my husband needed to hold down the gas button for about 15 seconds to get the sensor hot enough to light. My husband had not wanted to hold it down longer than 5 seconds for fear of letting too much gas discharge before igniting. Wayne said that a lot of people would have just replaced all the parts and charged us about $400. He just charged us for the one-hour time he was here. He also visually inspected the vent lids on top of the roof to make sure they were still on so that it wouldn't blow out again.
