We were very impressed with All Out A/C & Heating. They were competitively priced and extremely professional, from start to finish. There is no fee for the estimate, which is a plus. We also felt they were very honest- we'd been told by another company that the control board in the furnace of our other system needed to be replaced. However, my husband (an electrical engineer) tested it and found nothing wrong. I asked All Out to test it since they were here installing the downstairs system anyway and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the board. That kind of honesty seems to be rare in this business and was much appreciated. We'd definitely recommend All Out A/C & Heating.

Mike Caskey came on a service call. Unfortunately got the bad news that our a/c was completely shot. Mike helped us get the right replacement for our budget. Installed the next day. His guys accidentally scratched our floor and bent our attic door. Mike told me he would personally make sure it was completely fixed. On his word the same day he hand delivered a check to cover the cost of repairs. Excellent customer service and a great guy. It means a lot to keep your word and he did.
