The unit was dirty and needed the cleaning! I did not realize how important maintenance was for an air conditioning unit, will definitely keep up with regular maintenance. Quick and courteous service. The tune up was $50 and the coil cleaning was $90, other companies were charging $80 at the least alone for the tune up.
