If you appreciate attention to detail, you'll want to hire these guys. The work was scheduled for Friday, June 17. They came out on Thursday, June 16th, and laid forms so we could pre-approve the size and location. We also had the opportunity to look at pages of pictures of other jobs before finalizing the concrete color and pattern choices. On Friday, they moved all my patio furniture into the garage, laid protective planks so that the equipment wouldn't damage anything, and poured/stamped the new patio area. They power washed my existing patio pavers, the coping around the pool, and the driveway, then applied the stain to the driveway area and sealant to the coping. When they left on Friday, everything was picked up. Patio furniture was back in place. The construction site was extremely neat and tidy. On Saturday, they returned to apply the sealant to the firepit patio and driveway.
I appreciated the "call me if you have any issues" offer. That tells you that they stand behind what they do. In fact, we have an appointment for two weeks hence, just to have a look at things to determine if we need to add another coat of sealant or address any issues since the completion.
