Wright Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating

Of course, we had to wait until Monday to make a service call. I called Wright Brothers because they installed our Trane system about 10 years ago. I thought for sure we would have to wait a day or two to get an appointment - but Larry Wright the owner picked up the phone (while on his way to another job), he told me he would send someone to our house after he checked his guys' schedules. About an hour later, I got a call from one of his men who told me they (two workers) they would be at our house in 15 minutes. They analyzed our system and discovered the our "blower motor" (inside the house) was fried. They called Larry who apparently sent a worker to pick up this DC motor at their distributor's where house. The two workers - and, I'm sorry but I've forgotten their names -- went back to their main office, picked up the new motor, came back to our house and installed and tested it. It took their team about one hour to order, pickup, deliver and install the new motor. End of story: We've been keeping our house cool today, and we will have a good sleeping environment tonight. Thank you to the two young men and their boss Larry Wright for such efficient and excellent service.

It worked out beautifully.  I was having a lot of issues.  My system had been cross wired to another system and nobody could figure it out.  But Larry Wright came out and got it all sorted out for me and he's maintained my system ever since, he and his company and that's been terrific.  I use them every year to check my system.  I started in 2009 I believe.

Service went well. Ryan did a great job as well as prompt and polite.

As usual, working with Wright Brothers was a great experience. You can always trust what they recommend and know that they are doing good work. They came out same day and corrected one of the systems and diagnosed the other two. The other two required additional parts/work and they came back the next day. For two systems the parts were under warranty and they worked with us on the labor costs as well. They are in the process of putting together proposals for a replacement system for the 3rd one since it is 20+ years old and requiring significant repairs. We've worked with Wright Brothers since moving to TX 5 yrs ago and every time we've been extremely pleased with their work and service.

Installation and clean up were timely and perfect; the professionalism exhibited by Larry Wright and his crew should be a model for all companies in the industry. All aspects of the install were explained and clear instructions were given for the operation of the new system. We are very satisfied customers and feel like we have found a company to care for all our AC/heating needs.

As always, this company is hands down the best service provider we have ever had. Our AC compressor locked up Saturday evening and we thought we'd have to sweat it out until Monday. We contacted Larry way after hours and, to our delight, he answered though he wasn't sure he could help until Monday. He walked us through some diagnostics to help diagnose the issue and to our great relief his tech, Adam, chose to give up his Saturday evening and come rescue us. It speaks volumes that this young man gave up his personal time to help us out. He was working in the heat, on his evening off, until around 9 Saturday evening. Where do you even get that kind of service anymore? We were beyond thrilled to have our AC up and running again that night all because a young man put others before himself. Even better, Larry didn't take advantage of our desperation and off hours emergency and even cut us a deal on the pricing! I will never do business with another AC company. If there was a rating higher than "A" I would give it to them.

Larry wright himself came out within 45 min of my call since his employees were all busy or not near me. The fan motor was out and he had one on his truck. Within 2 hours it was up and running again. Great service, very nice man who explained everything and even replaced my filters! Will definitely use again.

This was honestly the best experience we've had with a contractor. We would recommend them to anyone who needs A/C help. The new A/C unit works perfectly, and after reviewing the work with Larry, I could tell it was done with great attention to detail, and they cleaned our home when the job was done to the point you would not know any work was done. It was great to work with a contractor who takes pride in what they do.

Larry Wright came out and gave us an estimate after examining the 20 year old unit we had.  He was very knowledgeable and detailed.  His prices were very competitive with other estimates we had.  When he came out to do the work with two assistants they were all very careful not to make a mess in the house.  They took their time to attend to every detail and explain everything they were doing.  They replaced the old A/C heat pump unit and added an intake air vent and we can really tell the difference in the air output.  We were very happy with their service and highly recommend them for HVAC service.  Very honest.   

These guys are fantastic! Larry Wright is super knowledgeable about everything to do with air-conditioning. He is passionate about his work, very honest and straightforward, and he will make sure that everything is done perfectly. He is a true professional.
Larry had two helpers on the job he did for us and all three of them worked diligently. They did a great job and kept the work on schedule.
I would highly recommend Larry and his crew to anyone. They are the best.

Great job.  Excellent attention to detail.  Very neat, clean and orderly in their work.  Despite cutting a hole in the ceiling of my family room to add additional ducting, there was no dust or debris left behind.

As always the guys were prompt, courteous and completed the spring check-up in detail and quickly!!

My heat pump had gone out earlier in the year and I had been running on emergency heat.  I contacted 3 companies for estimates.  Larry Wright came out to prepare an estimate.  Of the 3 companies that provided an estimate, Larry spent the most time listening to my problems with the current system, investigating them, and describing the different systems available.  Since I moved into the house, the master bedroom temperature was inconsistent with the rest of the house.  Larry checked all the ducts in the attic and found that a duct to the bedroom was pinched.  Although the other companies promised to fix the problem (without knowing the cause), Larry took the time to investigate the problem ahead of time.  Larry also took complete measurements to make sure the new system would fit in the closet.  He also explained the different systems available, what he installs most often, and the pros and cons of the higher SEER systems.  He was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned with installing a new system that I would be satisfied with.  I chose to do business with Wright Brothers because I felt I could trust the company and that they were fair.
Larry and his team arrived on the day we agreed on and on time.  His 2 helpers were friendly and polite.  They removed the old air handler and installed the new one without any damage to the walls or trim.  The new unit was a tight fit but they got it in.  The installation lasted into the early evening but they didn't leave until the system was working.
After 5 months, I have had no problems with the system.  The system does a very good job of keeping the house at the set temperature while keeping my electric bill at the lowest I have ever seen.  The master bedroom is so comfortable now.  Even during this hot summer, the room stayed cool even though it has a west facing wall.  I am very pleased with the service and system I received from the Wright Brothers.  I would highly recommend them.

Awesome! He had a cancelation and squeezed me in, which we are so grateful! He fixed it very quickly, was so polite and wore booties while in the house! Best experience! He knew what to do and did an excellent job!

Larry Wright, he does our air conditioning and he goes by Wright Brothers Air Conditioning. He does great work and I do recommend them. He is the only one I use now. I have used someone in the past but he does a great job. I am very satisfied with his work. What stood out the most about Larry is his honesty. He is a very honest man, very straight forward. He doesn't try to beat around and try to make extra money out of you. He is just straight forward and that is what about there is with him and that is what I like about him. I had less price quoted to me but his overall performance at that time was an 'A'. He wasn't the best price I had, he didn't quote the best price. It was great quality. He is always on time or earlier. I definitely will use him again in the future.
