The units were cheap units (nordine). The technician was out at my residence once a month for a year or more. Finally on March 16, 2012, both of the units locked up due to one never being fixed or put in correctly and the other due to have to pull the weight of the 3200 sq. foot home on its on. When you work out of town and then you get to come home you want to walk into a house that is perfect not one that is too hot or too cold. When I called ad told them that the units were locked up, I was informed that my warranty was up and that it would cost me $165 to come and check on it and 125 an hour to fix it..... Needless to say I called someone that I knew that would do it right and had 2 new units put in for half the price.
Description of Work: Put in totally new systems in the house that I had built.
