He was right on time, came on a Saturday. Was extremely reasonable and the quality was excellent. Would highly recommend him.

Everything went great. Called them in the afternoon and they scheduled me for the next afternoon. Handled all insurance verification while I was on the phone. Phoned early in the morning and offered to reschedule for first thing when installer came in. Worked out great...very professional and efficient from start to finish.

My insurance agent recommended this company and I only had to pay a deductible which was less than the normal price. I had called the company the day of and asked to be added to the waiting list since their schedule for home service was already full. When they realized that they wouldn't be able to fit me in, they contacted me and asked if I wanted to drive to the shop instead of having home service. I decided to do this, drove to the shop and was in and out in about an hour. The process was smooth and simple. The windshield seems to good as new so far (2 months in). -David

The rep on the phone was very professional and helpful, the problem was i kept getting new information every time a new person would come out to look at my broken window. Paid one deposit to the first guy who came out but it got lost in their sytem for a couple of days. Then they asked for another deposit, but kept pushing off the date they would come out to fix the window. They finally fixed the window but then i had to wait another full week to get a separate contractor they use to come out and apply the window tinting, which wasnt exactly the right color tint. But it would have been another week to have him order the right tint, so i went with what he had with him. So, overall the work was done but the process took way too many phone calls and worker visits to the store all of which took a total of 3 weeks to complete. Granted, it was over the holidays, but that's too long and took more of my time and attention than it should have. Will use someone else next time.

The broken car window was fixed within 3 hours of making a phone call to them. Excellent service! This is my 3rd time to use them and I will continue doing so.

They came to my residence to do it. The work was done in a timely manner and I was satisfied with that. I had no problems with them and they did what they said they would do. I would recommend them because they come to your residence and it is done at your residence. They are professional. They perform the work in a timely manner and their price was good.

They gave me an estimate over the telephone and they were very reasonable. We went in and it only took them 30 minutes to replace the entire windshield. I couldn t believe they were that fast and accurate. We ended up paying less than the estimate that they originally gave us. They did a great job and were very polite. I would recommend them.

I received a price over the phone and was advised I could take my car in right away and that it would take approximately one (1) hour. When I arrived, it turned out that they were open after hours due to the volume of cars that received damage from a storm the previous day. My car was taken in immediately and was completed in about 40 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. There was no debris left in my car and they were even able to save all of my window stickers.

Serviceman (Pat) was quick, polite, and confident. Showed me how I could remove the frame myself and take to a glass shop for repairs to save service call fee if same issue arises in future.

ADVANCED GAVE ME AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE OVER THE TELEPHONE. I CALLED THE COMPANY ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND I HAD SOMEONE AT MY HOUSE ON MONDAY MORNING.

THE SERVICE TECH ARRIVED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF CALLING HIM. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE GLASS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY CAR. THEY ALSO HELPED ME LOCATE THE ADHESIVE REMOVER NEEDED FOR THE TAPE THEY HAD TO USE.

WORK WAS DONE FOR INSURANCE COMPANY. THE PHONE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE WORKER THAT DID THE WORK WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD.

I CALLED AT 9:00, MIKE WAS HERE BY 11:30, GONE BY 12:10. HE WAS HAPPY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WORK, AND WAS THOROUGH ABOUT CLEANING OUT ALL THE GLASS INSIDE THE DOOR. HE TOLD ME WHAT HIS COMPANY USES TO REMOVE ADHESIVE, SO I WAS ABLE TO CLEAN THE DOOR AFTER HE FINISHED THE INSTALLATION.

I THOUGHT IT WAS SLIGHTLY PRICEY FOR 5 MINUTES OF WORK. THEY ARE A LARGE COMPANY WITH LOTS OF EXPERIENCE.
