Description of Work: I had two vacuum cleaners serviced and they did a great job. I was able to pick both vacuums up in a few days time. They also told me when to change out the rubber gasket and if I wanted them to do it, I could bring in the vacuum and they would change it for me while I wait. Excellent service.

Description of Work: The $300 was for a new Riccar vacuum that I purchased from after being told my vacuum could not be fixed. I was highly impressed with the product and the warranty, and so i made the investment. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Just this week I purchased my second vacuum from them. I am very satisfied with the way the translation was handled. Steve and Randy are a pleasure to do business with. I am happy with my vacuum purchase and based on my past experiences I know that the post sales support will be excellent as well.

 + -1 moreWhat a terrific experience dealing with father, Steve and son, Randy of Woody Mann Vacuums! This is actually my second time there. A year ago, I went in and not only did they sell me a vacuum that was in my price range, they also took the time to review everything at great length.They showed me many different options with accompanying features and let me decide on the one that I was comfortable with, without any pressure and at a great price...I just went back today and upgraded with a trade in of the first one. Again, great service! I'm very pleased and recomend highly!
