Worst locksmith I have dealt with. He showed up an hour after he was supposed to be here. He started taking my deadbolt apart and it was obvious that he had no idea what he was doing. He did not know how to remove the lock system. Once I told him to just put it back together he started packing his tools up and went to his vehicle to write an invoice for a service call of $29. Once I unhappily agreed to pay him he then started putting my lockset back together. He went to the back door and assembled that one as well. Once I gave him the check he went back to the back door without me asking or testing it to make sure it was working properly. Disassembled it and said it needed to be adjusted before he left. I can only assumed he rigged it not to work incase I did not give him the check. Save your money and time and hire another locksmith.

They quoted me $75 and it turned out to be $140.00. I did buy 2 locks. The price was much higher than what they quoted me on the phone, plus they sold me an additional lock that was not needed. The technician was very unprofessional and verbally profane. The final deadbolt lock was not keyed to match my other locks in the house. So I paid almost twice as much, and in the end I didn't get what I wanted.
