The Remodel Architect

We are in the process of selling our house and quickly needed a design for adding a 5th bedroom for prospective buyers to see. Brian was quick to set up an appointment. He was on time and was quickly able to grasp what we needed. We told him we needed as soon as possible. Despite this being a small job for Brian, he promised us something within 3 days even though he was working on larger jobs. Lo and behold, he finished it that same day, and it was exactly what we asked for.
As a result of the quick turnaround, the professionalism, and a design that met our exact needs, I would highly recommend Brian.

We are extremely pleased with the results of the remodeling - Brian's design gave us exactly what we were looking for in terms of esthetics, utility, and consistency with the original house exterior. We also incorporated some things that he had suggested (e.g., an arched porch) that did not add much cost but really brought things together from an exterior design perspective. As anyone who has remodeled will tell you, you have to work around a lot of what's already in place - not an easy task. Brian developed very innovative cost-effective solutions that were also very attractive and compatible with the rest of the house. He was always prompt, responsive, and great to work with. We would highly recommend him as an architect for anyone considering either remodeling or new design work.
