While any major home remodel can seem daunting, Mark's group of professionals made the master bathroom remodel process easy for me. Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. Their warranty gives me peace of mind, and I expect to enjoy the bathroom for many years to come!

When black mold was discovered behind my tiles in the shower my simple refresh was tossed by the wayside. I had seen Re-Bath at the home show and like the idea of seamless walls instead of grout lines. They came out, gave an estimate and I signed up to have them do the work. It required taking down the walls to the studs, putting up the proper green board and pouring a new shower pan. The idiot builder had put tiles to regular sheetrock in the shower! Unbelievable. The tear down took a couple of hours, with the new walls going up plus pouring the new pan. The connection for the new shower hardware went up also. The next day the sheets of material went in place with silicon caulk at the seams. I didn't use the shower for a couple of weeks because the shower enclosure was being made to fit the new surround. Very happy with the new walls.

They were amazing in how quickly they were able to remove the old bathtub, etc. Adjust the plumbing and install the new setup. And they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. The whole procedure took a day and a half. I had to wait 24 hours before I could use the shower, but once I did, I loved it. Still love it.

The process could not have been easier. Two guys showed up one day and took out our old bathtub and plumbing and the plumber showed up a little later and installed the plumbing we needed. The next day the two original workers returned and had the whole operation completed by 4:00 p.m. And they cleaned up everything! It is now a showpiece shower and my husband is delighted with it.

I called to set up an estimate. They took all of my information to set up the appointment for the following weekend. They said they can't schedule an appointment unless both my husband and I were present and then hung up on me. I asked to speak with the owner, Mark, but no one ever called me back.

Pretty awful, actually.
The poor installers arrived without the provided floorplan, the correct measurements, or the notes discussed with the salesperson. They had the wrong closet door, wrong baseboards, wrong hardware,  wrong dimensions. Full marks to the installers, they worked extra in order to fix what they could. Had to have the city inspectors out twice. It turned out the previous remodeller had cheated on the walk-in tub, which extended the build.
The problem is the vanity ordered did no meet what was delivered, and when checked, was insufficient.  Unfortunately, I had to be at work when the build was completed, and a relative signed off on the job without checking the results first.
And then Thanksgiving and Christmas arrived, and the matter was let rest until after the holidays.
I realized that the build was closed, so I called Re-Bath to open a NEW build to have the vanity replaced. Instead, I got "these parts are not available. Its not our responsibility. Its your fault, you signed off on the build."
There is this thing called the internet, where you can look these cabinets and parts up?
Its plain that the vanity I want is available.
Re-Bath just does not want to use a different vendor, or spend any effort on customer satisfaction.
Re-Bath might be good for doing just one job at a time, but not a full remodel.

I could not be more pleased with the way this major renovation to my home went. I have not been able to use the second bathroom in my home for years, because the doorway was too narrow for my handicap scooter to pass through. Our master bath was converted about 10 years ago, but as the laws of physics states, and quot; two bodies cannot inhabit the same space at the same time.and quot; Thus the need to renovate the second bathroom.
The renovation was divided into two projects. The old door had to be removed and replaced with a much wider pocket door. This involved cutting away about about a foot of the drywall in the hallway to accommodate the wider pocket door. And also required rerouting a three switch panel (which was part of the cutaway area) to another wall. This was accomplished quickly, professionally, and very cleanly in one day. The following day taping, spackeling and painting was done to make the hallway doorway perfectly seamless.
The following week the bathroom was ready for conversion. The two man crew cut the water off and within two hours had the the tub removed, rerouted the the plumbing, and were ready for the construction of the new shower.
All this was done without the usual clouds of construction dust and grit. I have never experienced a demolishion of anything that was done so cleanly before.
The framing of the shower and the installation of the Re-bath Wall coatings went smoothly and efficiently. The workmen took such pride in their work and were so helpful throughout the process I still can't believe it. All the workers in all phases of the renovation from the wall and door people, the painters, electrician, and the actual shower installers worked clean, fast and efficiently, and above all, ON TIME.

Mark and team updated our master shower. Later, we brought them back in to finish remodeling the master and guest bathrooms. They removed the shower floor, walls, door, and fixtures. It was a huge job because the existing shower was built for two people and included a slate floor and bench (10x12 ft). Later, they replaced cabinets and counters in both bathrooms. Finally, they replaced the plumbing and tub in the guest bathroom.
They did a great job, but took a long time to complete the job due to materials needing to be ordered.

I would definitely never use them again. The cost was unbelievable, and the quality of the final job, doesn't give me the wow that I had expected for the cost. I thought it was going to be something worth it for the resale of the house, then I found out that the warranty that they gave me, doesn't go with the resale, so I couldn't pass it down to someone else. Their response was not that good, and they started working 6 weeks after the purchase. I guess that was because they had to manufacture the products for each job. We were going to do another bathroom after that, and we decided that we could do it much cheaper ourselves.
Response from Texas ReBath

"This job was completed on time and for the exact price that was contracted. ReBath even did some additional plumbing work at no additional charge. [member name removed] was unhappy when he requested that we scrape the ceiling of the master bathroom and retexture it at no cost in the final days of the project. He understood this drywall work was not in contract and had never been discussed. I did however offer for him to work directly with my drywall sub contractor at my rates. When ReBath finished the project at the agreed upon price, the homeowner informed us that he had been using his inheritance to remodel his home and that he had spent all of the money on tree trimming, a back patio, and hot tub. Therefor, he no longer had the money to pay the balance of the bathroom remodel invoice. ReBath was able to set up financing for him through one of our financial partners which fit within his budget. The homeowners were very appreciative of this service. The large custom shower that was installed has a comprehensive warranty covering the products and plumbing fixtures for as long as they own the home. Also, the original contract stated a 4-6 week wait time between contract signing and start of work. This is due to the custom nature of the products. In this case we manufactured a 100"x34" custom solid surface shower pan as well as new cabinets and custom counter tops. All of these details were discussed and agreed upon when the contract was signed. Should any issues ever arise with this shower, please do not hesitate to call as we would be happy to serve you and honor the warranty. We do appreciate your business and pride ourselves on fulfilling our contracts with our customers."
