We are extremely happy with our new patio from System Builders. The entire process from design to final product was top-notch. Julio, our site foreman, made a suggestion on the first day that elevated the functionality and beauty of our final patio.

Our front steps and walkway are being replaced and we are adding a patio area out front. The onsite crew are doing a fantastic job. They work from early morning into the evening and are way ahead of schedule. Highly recommend. From design to construction onsite System Pavers is doing great!

Octavio Viniegra and his team are fantastic! They are professional, service oriented, helpful, and very easy to work with. He completed the entire job with precision and followed up to address even the tiniest of details with perfection. 5 stars!

From the design process to the installation, Ricardo and his team were amazing to work with! Everyone was professional, diligent, and just a delight to have at our home making this project reality. The results far exceeded our expectations.

Octavio and his team at System Oavers were fantastic. They came quickly and assessed the problem and quickly fixed the sitting pavers they look like new!!

Octavio and his crew were here for one week to replace our 42-year-old, cracked three-car concrete driveway with pavers and create a new walkway from our porch to the sidewalk. Additionally, they repaired a large area of our back patio where the pavers had been displaced by a large evergreen tree belonging to our neighbors. They were always on time, knew what they were doing, and were very patient with me! (I change my mind quite often.) They worked very hard to make sure the finished product was exactly what I wanted. Octavio was always available when I had questions or concerns. Great Job!!

We are very happy with the work that Bill Goff, our design specialist, & Ricardo Garcia, the project manager, did for our back yard. When we were first struggling with finalizing the specific design we wanted, Bill was incredibly patient, accommodating our changes while providing feedback on what will & will not work for our back yard. At the very end of design process, when it looked like we might have to change a design that we were very keen on, he found a way to make it work & for that we are super grateful. Following the design process, Ricardo picked up the managment of the installation and his attention to detail blew us away. As we were not on site during the work, he sent us project updates with photos and explanations of what was being done. Ricardo’s crew did incredible work. During the final walkthrough, he got his crew to complete some minor further requests we had. On our request he also gave us pointers on what we could do with the softscaping. We could not be happier with Bill & Ricardo. If ever we need further work done, we will surely go back to them.

Horrible service. Booked my appointment weeks ago. They confirmed earlier today to confirm my appointment and an hour later they called to tell me that they are completely booked and canceled my appointment. Most likely they gave my appointment to someone who has a bigger project. The person on the phone didn’t care or even tried to reschedule the appointment. I am glad that I didn’t start a project with them if they are going to treat clients like this.

System Pavers did a great job replacing my cement driveway with pavers. The foreman on the job, Jesus, did an excellent job making sure the project ran smoothly and extra care was given for the workmanship to turn out perfect. He was professional, informative and kind.

I would’ve really loved to give a 5 star review; however, after all the wonderful work of laying the pavers, the finishing with the sand was completely haphazard. We need to have all of the sand removed and we’re going to redo it ourselves.

We’re really happy with the end result—System Pavers had the paver options we were looking for, worked with us as we were wavering between a few options, provided great recommendations, and built my new favorite space of our home. We worked with Daniel, Jason, and a hardworking crew that paid close attention to detail. The team was professional, responsive to feedback, quick to make detailed corrections, and delivered high-quality work. We’d definitely recommend them and would consider working with them again. That said, we do have a couple points of constructive feedback: (1) Once the project began, we felt the proactive communication tapered off. Given how thorough and detailed the sales process was, we expected more consistent updates during the build—things like what the upcoming week would look like and whether the project was on schedule. We had another contractor lined up right after this project, and the lack of clarity led to some overlap. (2) Some of the sales tactics didn’t sit well with us. A two-hour initial meeting on a weekday felt like a lot to ask. And while we don’t believe there was any ill intent, the strong push for both members of the household to attend didn’t come across great in our case.

Outstanding workmanship. Beautiful finished product. Excellent, Dependable Project Manager. 2 caveats: 1- you must buy Polymeric sand in your original purchase. 2 - If putting in a circular drive INSIST that lawn sprinkler testing and repair be done after demolition but BEFORE putting down pavers over existing sprinkler piping. Had that been done I'd post a 5 rather than 4 rating. Regardless, final result is beautiful.
