Lousy experience overall. After the initial install, seams were very obvious. They came back three more times and although it got better, it was never resolved. Prior to the last visit, I was told that "its the best I'm gonna get". The work crew was sloppy. I had to clean up after them (even though I told the Project Manager about that after the first visit). Communication throghout the process was contradictory. They would just tell me what they thought I wanted to hear So now I get to enjoy my "patchwork" of synthetic grass which has no less than five seams.
Description of Work: They installed approx. 525 s.f. of pet turf in my rear yard.
