"Thank you for the positive remarks you have posted. I remember you and the circumstances you referred to. I regret that you felt I displayed a "dark side". We valued your patronage no less than anyone else's. We wish you well. GH"
"Thank you! We sincerely appreciate your business and this review. Best. Guy Houston, Owner Supermaids, Inc & Carpet Care"
"We apologize for any dissatisfaction on this customer's part with the work our ladies did. If this lady had contacted us at the time we would have done everything possible to satisfy her. However, it has been over 3 months since we cleaned for her and only now are we learning of this. Apologies again ma'am. We guarantee satisfaction but we have to know if there's a problem."
"We regret that you were not completely satisfied with the work our lady did for you. Had we known, we would have done anything in our power to satisfy you, as is our policy, but you have to let us know. We don't often get negative feedback on our maids, but when we do, we honor our pledge of satisfaction or your money back. We appreciate you giving our lady the benefit of the doubt concerning the 4.5 hrs vs 5 that you pre-paid for. She thought the 5 hrs was an estimate you had been given, and did not realize you had prepaid for the 5 hrs, as you suspected. We would be happy to deliver a free hour of cleaning to you anytime you want it. Best, Guy Houston, Owner Supermaids, Inc"
"Ms [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you weren't completely satisfied with the cleaning your team did, but reading your review it looks as if you were fair and balanced. All I can tell you is that we guarantee your satisfaction, and if you had let me know you weren't completely satisfied I would have taken whatever steps were necessary to see that you were satisfied. I hope you do hire us again, and if you mention that you weren't totally satisfied on your first visit, I will give you a $25 discount. Sincerely, Guy Houston Supermaids, Inc"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]!"
"Thank you! We appreciate this."
- Great experience, these guys were so much more professional than some of the other services I have attempted to use.
-Extremely courteous
-Offered additional assistance like changing the bed, etc
-Did a fantastic job, house looks amazing
-Great pricing
-Office staff as well as cleaning crew were professional and very courteous
I will absolutely use these guys again, and I recommend them to anyone who needs good efficient service at a more than reasonable cost. USE THESE GUYS, you will not be sorry.
I will use them on a regular basis. I highly recommend them.
The only down side was that one of the team had a flat on the way over and that made them late. They apologized profusely and Guy was on top of it. He even sent a third team member to help because I needed to leave at a certain time and he wanted to be sure they got it all done. And, no, he did not charge me for the third person. Way to go!
"We appreciate this customer's apparent attempt to be fair and not condemn his service across the board. All we can say about his complaints is that 1) he did not inform us of his dissatisfaction immediately after the work was completed, or even 2 weeks later when we did a follow up call. Had he done so at either point we would have immediately taken whatever steps were necessary to satisfy him, as is our policy. Regarding the maid whom he felt was inappropriately attired, we have never received a complaint of this nature but we wish he had mentioned that when we checked with him so we could have addressed that issue with the maid."
"We regret that the customer's were so dissatisfied that they would post a negative review. Our maids spent 5 hours cleaning in their home, trying to get it ready to be occupied, and reported that when they left, the customers said they were happy with their work and tipped them $30. The maid who cleaned the stove said she cleaned the oven racks twice with oven cleaner but they still had so much baked on grease that they needed to soak, so she put them in the sink for that purpose. When the maid explained the situation to the customer, she told the maid that was ok and to leave them soaking in the sink when she left, so she did, but that the rest of the stove was cleaned. The customer told our office manager the same thing when we did a follow-up call on 07-05 (2 days after the job was done). He did report the oven racks in the sink, and also said there was old soap left in a bathroom, a spider web in a shower, and that the ceiling fans were still dusty. Our manager offered to send someone immediately to correct any problems (our standard policy), but the customer declined because he said there were boxes everywhere and it would be impossible to work. He and our manager agreed that when they got settled in he would call us back and we would send another crew out to take care of any issues for no charge. The oven racks soaking, old soap in a bathroom, a spider web in a shower and dusty ceiling fans were the specific issues we were told about, and we are still prepared to address any and all issues the customer's have for no charge, as promised."
"Unless this lady used a different name we have no record of doing this job on 3-20 or any other day. There is no one by that name in our files, no one by that name on our schedule for that day (or the days preceding and following), and $231.41 is not a price that we would ever charge (our rates are rounded to the nearest dollar). If we had done this job and the member had let us know she was dissatisfied we would have done anything in our power to make her happy, but she did not. This is the second less than perfect rating we have received from a job we have no record of. We think this lady is mistaken about who cleaned her home."
"We are glad that you were pleased enough to use us again, but we regret that you were not 100 per cent satisfied. If you had let us know of your dissatisfaction with one of the maids in the team we would have taken whatever steps necessary to make you happy, as our work is guaranteed. Be sure to tell us when you call again that you want another team and we will certainly not send the maid that displeased you, and we will also give you a discount. Thank you for using Supermaids, Inc."
