At first it seemed to go ok. Appointment was for a chimney sweep and inspection as I had just purchased the house (April 2017) and wanted to prepare the chimney for the winter. It was suggested that a cap be placed on the top to prevent rain water from coming in as well as a sealant sprayed inside the fire box. After a couple of weeks, the sealant began to crack and peel away from the brick. I called there company in early October. Technician came back out and attempted to respray the brick. 10/31/2017). After a couple more weeks the cracking/peeling started again and was even worse than the first time. I called the technician in early December. He said to call the office and schedule an appointment. I contacted Mike on 12/13 2018(214 838-7278). He explained to me that he would order a commercial grade sealant as what they had used was not working for some unexplained reason. I have been unable to reach either the technician (469 237-4361) or the owner since December 22, 2017. I have left numerous messages as well as sent emails
