Stamper Roofing & Construction - Rosemary Nash

There's a reason Stamper won the roofing battle of 2016 in our neighborhood. They were excellent from the start to the finish. I'm impressed with Rosemary's ability to work with our insurance, offer us the best price for the quality of roof, materials and warrantee that we could find when doing a pretty exhaustive review of options. They replaced our roof and all the different vents, flashing, etc. They hand nailed the entire thing which compared to the others I heard and saw gave me much better confidence that they actually installed it correctly. We had a skylight that was replaced, but the wrong color was installed. With one call that was fixed immediately with no pushback. The claims adjuster failed to include the gutter screens, so they worked with the insurance company to fix that. I had no communication with insurance after the initial adjuster visit. I'm extremely impressed and would recommend that you have them give you an estimate if you find yourself needing a roof, gutters, skylights, etc. Simply excellent. BTW - there was no pressure! I've had others offer a discount if I gave a good review on Angie's list. Maybe they should as I believe they would have significant positive reviews if they put focus on that, but there was no mention of 'please review me...' Just great service at a very reasonable price.
