Great experience - you can contact via phone, fax, or e-mail. Esmerelda was very helpful in setting the appointment. Charles was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the termite issue and what our options were to treat it. Then they treated our general bug problems and set an appointment to come back to treat the termites and install the barrier. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this fine company.
