Service King didn't replace the parts with the same original parts that we had with the car. They just replaced it with something else but other than that, we were happy and pleased with the service. The car looked brand new.

The body work on our Acura MDX was done quickly, according to the time estimate given on the day of drop-off. We were satisfied with the job done. The only complaint we had was that the original cost estimate was adjusted upward by nearly $300 after the car was dropped off at 5:00 pm. We were paying cash, and no insurance was involved in this; we felt that it was bad practice. It was too late for us to change our mind, as we were scheduled to leave town early the following day so we went ahead with the repair.

My car was re-ended. The service adviser was very professional and gave me updates on the progress of my service. The car looks brand new. This is a very good place to go for customer service. I noticed that when I first got there were quite a few cars out front, it seemed a little disorganized, but despite this they did a absolutely terrific job. Charles Wilson is an excellent person to work with. He ordered direct from the dealership for parts instead of used parts. I highly recommended them.

My back bumper was damaged when a pick up pulled into a parking spot next to my car. The responsible party was also insued by my insurance company. I received information on recommended repair shops I then compared their list to those shops listed on Angie's list and found Service King - Plano on both lists. I made the appt. to take my car in for repair. The process once I got there was very easy. The rental car agency was located on site. The repair was completed on the stated date. My SUV was returned to me with a reapied bumper and cleaner then when I brought it in. They also replaced my bumper protector which had been loose.

Van, at Service King, was professional and responsive. They contacted me two times while my car was in their shop to get the hood painted. The estimate was for painting only but they did some minor repairs and still only charged me $630. They treated me like Governor Perry. If I owned a Rolls Royce I would not hesitate to take it to Service King. Unfortunately, I only have a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner.

They did a great job! They did good with a rental car, and gave us a direct price up front. They were also very friendly and personable, and their service was excellent!

I WOULD SAY WE HAVE BEEN FAIRLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE TO OUR DAUGHTER'S TRUCK. THE BACK RIGHT DOOR THAT WAS RE-HUNG HANGS ON THE HINGES SOMETIMES, AND WE NEED TO TAKE IT BACK IN TO BE FIXED. SO, FAIRLY SATISFIED. THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER THOUGH.

SERVICE KING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING OUR CAR. THE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CALLED US EACH WEEK WITH THE PROGRESS ON OUR CAR. WHEN WE PICKED IT UP, THEY TOLD US TO DRIVE IT FOR A WEEK OR TWO AND TO PLEASE LET THEM KNOW IF ANYTHING IS NOT TO OUR SATISFACTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVICE KING AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
