It went great! It took them quite a while to locate the problem but once they did they fixed it!!

Horribly. Because the LEDs didn't look good in the kitchen, I abandoned the LED replacement in the two other rooms before they were ever started. The estimate for the entire job, for all three rooms and the outlets, was 1 day. In the end, all they did was move three outlets, take down florescents and put one test strip of LEDs in the one room (not even fully installed - they just held them up there) which I didn't like so they reattached the flourescents. That's it. Took them 3 days to do this. On top of that, they billed for hours they weren't there and the day 3 crew said the day 1-2 crew did it wrong in the first place. The slow work, hours billed for hours not there, the fact that the "crew" was not a crew but one guy and an intern resulted in a total disappointment and a billing amount that was 100% or more than what I expected.

We had an urgent electrical problem at our house, and Richardson Ready Electric was extremely responsive and helpful. Even though they were busy and everyone was booked for a week, James came out immediately to look at the problem. He then called two more technicians, Gerald and Mike, to come out at the end of their day to see if they could trace the problem. They couldn't find it that evening, but Gerald and Mark came back first thing the next day and crawled around in our attic and under our house until they pin-pointed the problems and fixed them. Extremely helpful and hard-working guys. But most of all, I was thankful for their responsiveness and customer service. Will definitely be calling them in the future for electrical work.

Now it's not working.  It failed.  That's one of the reasons I remember them in particular was because I was very disappointed that it didn't last very long.  I shouldn't have to call an electrician every couple of years to fix an outlet.  They're another one I wouldn't use again.  I was satisfied at the time and I didn't discover till much later that they didn't do a good job.  I shouldn't have the same problem within a couple of years. 

We had used them before, several years ago. Everything went well. Everything seems to be working well. They left the area clean. I would tell a friend that I think it is a good company to use if you need electric work in the house.

They did a good job unlike other companies.

They replaced an breaker box! I was very pleased with them, as always!

Out of all the electricians we called they were the most responsive and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

We have been using them for 10 years. I like their responsiveness and honesty. I trust them. I would use them again in the future.

I have been using Richardson Ready Electric for years doing everything from running heavy electrical line to spa, office can lights, plugs, etc. Why have I used them since 1997? because the owner demands quality work and their service is nothing but the best. We are now on our second day of work of total remodeling of my kitchen needing to add high amperage for an electric cooktop and redoing the entire electrical after removing of a wall. Ashley the tech has been with the company for many years and knows my home well since I always ask for him instead of getting different techs who may or may not be with the company anymore. Once a tech knows your home it makes it much easier since electrical is probably most important.
Oh by the way, I am a realtor broker and when EVER I need any electrical work done after inspection I always recommend them to do what needs to be done. My account rep James is always there to receive an email or fax of what needs to be done works with me on how and what is needed even meets me at the home and gives me an exact estimate of cost. They are not just some company that changes light bulbs but can do commercial work also. I never question the price since I know that they will be honest and fair.
You can always find someone cheap but I will not skimp on electrical to many safety issues can arrive.

I left the cost a 0.00 because they are not done yet and wanted to praise them because of how well they have been the last two days.

It went badly. They replaced the switch, but the new switch was faulty (discovered later). They didn't repair two grounds that were open.

I have used this company before and I like that they have always been reliable and on time. They do really good work when they come out, I don't have any problems with them and there have never been any surprises.

It took them two full days to complete this extensive work. They were hard working and did everything I asked of them. They also were very pleasant in my home and cleaned up beautifully. They completed the work exactly on the quote. I highly recommend them as hard working, reliable and just really great guys to work with.

They were not very professional at all and I thought it was a disaster working with. The quality of work was poor and it ended up taking them 10 days when they said they would be done in 2 days.

Richardson Ready Electric is a good, reliable company. They were very efficient and came on time. We had several things for them to do and it was all done very well. I think they were very responsive and professional. The price for the service was very good as well.

The electrician and his helper, were extremely efficient and courteous, made an excellent impression overall, and their work was highly satisfactory. Clean up was exceptional - company motto ''leave it as you found it or better.''

TOOK MY PLUG OFF THE WALL, DRILLED THROUGH THE WALL AND CONNECTED EVERYTHING IN THE PATIO, SO I KNOW CAN USE MY FAN IN THE PATIO.
