Richardson Glass installed a glass shower enclosure to complete the update of our newly-tiled master shower.  The final product looks great with the tile and fixtures we chose.  Very pleased with their work.

We had a fancy glass window with a curved top - about 3 feet by 6 feet - with a double pane. For the past few years it had fogged up with internal moisture. I finally got around to getting it replaced. When i called Richardson Glass 2 months ago, they came right out and gave me an estimate and time frame. When it came time to install the window, they came right on time and took only about 20 minutes to do the installation. They were very professional, knew what they were doing (one of the men had worked for the company 40 years) and were very clean. I had used them many years ago and would use them again.l

It was okay. I was referred by a neighbor. There were some communication issues showing up and not calling in advance to let us know they're on their way. The window product that they had manufactured had issues I wish they evaluated before bringing it up.

The price seemed reasonable. It went fine. They did what they said they would do. The wind shield was cracked. They did it fast and thoroughly.

They provided me a quick quote and stated they could do the work the next day. They performed the work and cleaned all of the broken glass in and around the car. I would definitly call them again if the need arises.

Price was lower than other suppliers who seems to be very competent. Offered honest advice on how to mount ourselves and pros and cons of different techniques. We wanted to add frames painted to matched our trim; rather than selling us their expensive finished trims, they suggested alternatives from other suppliers. They are a very honest and competitive family owned business.

Perfect, friendly, fast and fairly priced! They were here just hours after I called, had the whole job done in much less than an hour, stuck by their estimate, and now I finally have my window again! I am THRILLED. I've been looking for over a year for someone to replace the single-pane glass in my Andersen window. The quotes have been high, most people won't even do it or said they'd have to replace the whole frame. I could not find anyone on my own to do the job, so I kept giving up. This experience alone has made my membership to Angie's List worth every cent. And I'll be using Richardson Glass again whenever I break a window. They were just perfect.

As always I am very happy with the service I received from Richardson Glass. They were prompt with their estimate, and prompt with the instalation.

We were initially pleased with Richardson Glass as they were the only company willing to replace only one window. We called 5 other companies. Calls to Richardson Glass were returned promptly. Work was completed in a timely manner and workers left area clean.
However our estimate was $890.95. I was told this was an inclusive estimate. However, when we were to pay for the job, the total was $1039.93. No explanation was offered as to why.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and she could have a service man out to repair the window within 2-4 hours. She told me the name of the man coming to my house, and what kind of truck to look for. Randy arrived withint two hours, and gave me a cost, fixed the broken widow and was on his way within 30 minutes! Randy was very efficient, left NO mess, unlike the other workers I had out to my house that day, and gave me instructions on cleaning and maintenance. I am VERY happy with the company and the service!

What a great decision! Richardson Glass was the epitome of professionalism; the receptionist was very friendly, people called back when they said they would, the detailed estimate was provided in a very timely manner, the replacement glass was available sooner than expected, and the work ended up getting done way ahead of schedule. The whole process was much easier than we anticipated, and Richardson Glass has absolutely made our permanent "Home Repair Professionals To Call" list - we highly recommend them!

The representative did a very careful and thorough job. He put all of the used/broken glass in a box and disposed of it when he was through. I was glad to get this done since the weather just turned cold and I had tape over the area where the glass was gone.

Randy came out after the initial call and measured the windows. The windows were ordered, and when they came in, I was called to schedule the installation. Randy said it would take about an hour. He was on time and it took 55 minutes. He knew what he was doing, and was very professional and friendly.
