They replaced the valves the first trip but still had water sitting in one spot so they had to come out a second time. That is when they found the broken pipe and replaced the valves again. I did still pay for the second trip but not for the valves.

I have used these guys for many years. I called them as I thought it was them that I had used last year to add two stations and a station was not working. As it turns out, it wasn't them I had called last year (probably a mistake) but they found a valve on an older station that was not working. I had also run through the stations prior to their arrival and found some heads that had been buried due to the growth of the yard. They replaced them and the valve within an hour - tested the system and was done.

PHIL WAS CONSCIENTIOUS OF TRYING TO KEEP THE REPAIR COST TO A MINIMUM BY TRYING TO REPLACE ONLY THE DIAPHRAGM, BEFORE REPLACING THE WHOLE VALVE UNIT. HE ALSO TRIED TO COMPLETE THE JOB AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HE ONLY CHARGED ONE HOUR LABOR EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK HIM TWO TRIPS AND LONGER THAN ONE HOUR.
