On the Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend, we awoke to find half of our large cedar elm lying in the street and in our front yard after the latest round of wind and rain storms. I called Quince Sunday evening, and he was present at 8am with a crew Monday morning  (ON Memorial Day). in a matter of ~15min, the crew had the tree completely down and in a manageable pile on the parkway ready for city bulk trash pickup (convenient as it was just a few days later). Chipping and removal would have cost extra. He also provided an estimate for needed trimming/ crown thinning/ raising of 4 large trees in the backyard ($650), which we are considering having him do, but this also does not include chipping and removal, so this will have to be timed to coincide with bulk trash week.
