Description of Work: Repaired and reconditioned several antique pendulum Westminster chiming heirloom clocks.

Description of Work: They fixed three clocks, and it went very well. One was a grandfather that was more complex, and had to be reconditioned. They are not inexpensive, but they know what they are doing, and have been reliable over the years.

Description of Work: Have an old Westminster clock which periodically needs cleaning, oiling, etc. Took a few weeks to get back but I wasn't in any really big hurry. Have had this done at other providers before - the price always seems a bit high for just taking the mechanism out, cleaning, and oiling it but since, I'm not a clock repair person, I'm probably not too knowledgeable about what's involved. Would recommend them to others - they seem to know what they're doing.

Description of Work: Repaired an Anniversary Clock that had not been operational for years. They repaired the clock completely. And, a couple weeks later it stopped running...I returned it and they performed adjustments at no additional cost! They're not cheap, but the do excellent work and stand behind what they do. Quality is never inexpensive; you get what you pay for and I will definitely use this service again if necessary.
