Had several antique striking pendulum clocks in need of repair. PromanadeClockShop repaired them all. It is run by a family with a true love for clocks and it shows. They aren’t the fastest but they are the best.

I had to return two of the clocks for issues occurring after repair. One clock was kept for several months for the second repair. I have had these clocks for more than 30 years and had them repaired/reworked before without a problem. Suddenly, I experienced issues with two of the clocks after they were "overhauled" by Promenade Clocks. The price for repair was not far from the retail value of the clock, which I found very high. In addition, like most clock repair shops they don't want to just fix a problem. They want to do a total overhaul for several hundred dollars. I found this frustrating.

This is a family business and everyone in the family is involved in clocks, from the father, to several brothers, and their sister. They have several shops in several states. It is obvious from the time one walks in that they LOVE clocks, know them, and will care for them.

They repaired the clock well, offered additional tips to keep it running, and completed everything ahead of schedule. We were happy with this small, family-owned business. One tip - they do not have a fancy point of sale system. You may need to ask for a copy of the drop-off paperwork as your service ticket.

You sent me an to my complaint, asking if I had paid $ or she had provided a service. Your message said that if neither had happened there was no reason for a complaint.
NO - She has my family heirloom antique clock. I want it back; even if it's still broken. She has something of great value to me. I am very concerned that she is ignoring my attempts to contact her. I do have a claim ticket.

Very nice people. We took the repaired clock home and after a week it was running 15 minutes fast. so we took it back and they fixed it again. A week later still running fast. Had enough!
